Ok, here is my situation.

I sent in an application today (I thought maybe it was ready now) and got something back saying wait until Dec. 1. Well, since I sent in do I have to wait until Dec. 23? Sort of silly but I just was wondering. I would hate having to wait another month if I could have just waited another week or so to apply....
