Hi Robin. I don't know the answer to either of your questions but PoohBear1029 will be around and will pick up on this shortly. I was just going to start looking into what was right around the Seaport. I will get back with some ideas if no one else responds, but Wednesday works great for me to come in to meet up with you all.
