City select stroller

Wondering if anyone hear has the city select stroller?
Wondering if u went with the car seat attachment to mount the infant car seat. Or with the bassinet?

I have the city select and used the car seat attachment. We live in the suburbs so it was super convenient to be able to keep the baby in the car seat most of the time. If I lived in a city where I walked all the time I would get the bassinet. Otherwise it seems like more if a hassle than it's worth.

I have the double for my twins. We got the car seat adapters since it was much easier to load them in and out of the car that way.

Just ordered mine today. I have a 17 month old and 2 week old. I went ahead and ordered the 2nd seat, car seat adapter and the bassinet. I figure the bassinet will be great for zoo, parks, walks, etc. and I can use the bassinet on our first floor for naps instead of having to drag the one she sleeps in downstairs during the day. I think the car seat adapter will be nice for quick trips but I don't like leaving her sit in the seat for very long if possible. I am going to attempt to use the bassinet on our upcoming trip to Disney...can't wait to see how I like it!

We used the car seat adapter. I thought the bassinet was cute, but not very practical, as it's easier to move a sleeping baby in and out of the car in their infant car seat.

If you get the car seat adapter, make sure it's for the city select. We accidentally bought the other baby jogger car seat adapter (not realizing there were 2 different models). Not a biggie, we just exchanged it, but thought I'd mention it so you can save yourselves and extra trip to the store!

I have an uppa baby vista which comes with the bassinet and I used it way more than I thought I would. If we were at the park or zoo and dd was awake, I put her in there. Also it was great if we went to my family and she needed to nap, just put her in there and off she went.
I also had the car seat attachment but used it more for when she fell asleep or it was a quick trip or the grocery store type of situation.
