City Pass tkt ???

I dont know if this is what your referring too but if you recieve a "voucher" for your city pass from assorted sources than you have to go to Disney first and the reason is that you take your voucher to guest services and they give you your 3 day hopper THEN while your in the park you go to city hall on main street and pick up the rest of your tickets. This MIGHT be the reason you were informed of Disney first.

I specifically asked both my AAA rep and the Disney rep on two separate occasions if I had to redeem it FIRST at DLR like it says, and both said definitely not. Ugh!! They better be right!!!!!!!!!!!

You can buy the citypass at any of the venues as well. When we did them 2 years ago, we bought them at Knott's, used our Knott's one day pass that day, then went to Disneyland the next day. We were planning on going to San Diego after Disney, but DH got strep and DS was throwing up, so we went home, and then the following week went to San Diego to finish the "trip".

We got a booklet and the each acted like a "ticket" except for Disney and for Disneyland we had to go redeem them for the 3-day park hopper ticket. Since they are normal 3 day tickets you can use them like the others and they do not need to be used back to back.

I have not read anything on Citypass's website that would lead me to believe this has changed any.

Especially since you can buy the citypass at the venue, I would not worry about using Disney's first! Have a great time.
