I read somewhere that it is possible to add park days to the SoCal City Pass. Can you do this? I would be interested to add 2 days and was wondering if you would be charged for a 2 day ticket or charged the 1 day price 2 times.

Likely, you will pay the difference between what a 5 day ticket costs and what City Pass deems the cost of the 3-day park hopper is.

We did this on our last trip. They credit you a specific amount (I beleive it states amount on Citypass website if I remember right) towards the upgraded ticket. You keep your city pass cards. They will give you separate entry tickets & a magic morning ticket also. You do have to choose date that you plan to use magic morning ticket at time of upgrade.
It's really easy, just give yourself time to stand in line & do upgrade. We did ours night before we entered park.

i have not upgraded my citypass so i dont know if this if correct or not, but what i heard was that you pay the difference between a what a 3-day parkhopper and a 5-day parkhopper costs at disneyland.
