Trying to figure out which strollers to rent for mah churens! 3 & 5 year olds, both about 42. Lbs. looking at singles , not doubles. Is the city mini gonna be roomy enough?

My 40lbs 4.5 year old still fits well. We are getting the double from kingdom strollers.

Another stroller question I just thought of...

How cumbersome is it to load and unload strollers off the transport busses from AoA to the parks? Is it worth saving a few dollars and renting from kingdom strollers and have to take the stroller on the bus? Or should I pay the extra and just rent the disney strollers?

Thanks

We are renting two citi minis from Orlando strollers. We have a 2 & 4 yr old. I have heard that these are great for the busses.

We did 2 single city minis in October for my 6 and 3 year olds. The 6.5 year old is 47" tall and weighs 50 pounds. I wouldn't say it was roomy for her and we had to be careful about bumping her head with the canopy, but it worked fine. She slept in it most nights before we got back to the hotel and was comfy. They are a little bit of a hassle getting on and off the buses. They do fold great, but are still a bit awkward while on the bus. I think it is still totally worth it for the kids comfort and the financial savings.

It's so much better to have the stroller for the walk from the park to the bus, for waiting for the bus, and then the walk from the bus to the resort room. If you rent the park stroller, you don't get that. We rented the city elite for my 65 lb kindergartener who is 48 in tall. She didn't complain about not having enough room and even went to sleep a couple times. She was right at the point of too tall but she would rather ride then walk any day.

They should be fine. We used CIty Mini singles for my 3 and 5 year old this summer and it was great. The 5 year old is tall and she was fine, couple more inches on her and she wouldn't be though, she's almost 45 inches tall if that makes a difference. Both kids are around 40 lbs as well. We also used the double and it worked fine for the two of them as well.

Where did you rent the elite from?

I dont know where they specifically rented from but Kingdom Strollers rents elites as well as the GT. They have BOB too!

We rented a GT from babywheels last time but think we will need a bigger stroller this time as my older DD is 48 lbs and my younger one is 43 lbs. I would skip the double but my older one complains her legs hurt after a long day. We park it and use it mainly in crowds or getting across the park. Both do walk mostly but I would rather have happy rather than cranky kids. Would get a single but the older one wants to ride when her sister does. How was kingdom strollers? Any complaints?

We used Orlando strollers and had the elite.my son is a big kid and he fit just fine.
