City Hall?

Can someone please tell me where City Hall is in the Magic Kingdom-- my daughter will be celebrating her birthday during our visit and I have been advised to ger her a birthday button! Also--I have heard about Goofy making phone calls to birthday kids and adults-- how does that happen?

After entering MK you would go through the train station tunnel and City Hall is on the left. It is the building with the big white pillars and the stairs leading to it (2nd building on the left).

As for the Goofy Birthday line, you can have any CM call it for you. They usually make it seem like the call came in and it is for the birthday person
