Hello everyone! We are a little over a week away from being in WDW :cool1: I need to place my order with Orlando Strollers like...RIGHT NOW! I keep going back and forth between the Classic City Double and the City Mini Double. Here are my kids' stats:

3 year old-tall for his age. 33 pounds and 40 inches tall
7 year old-tall for her age (seeing a trend here ?;)) 53 pounds and 53 inches tall.

My gut tells me to go with the Classic Double because the seats look much bigger for my older child. She will not be in it as much as the 3yo, but always complains about being tired. My question is:

Is the City Classic too bulky and heavy to get on and off the bus? Around the park comfortably? I don't want to cause problems on the bus or trying to find ways around the attractions and restaurants just for larger seats. However, I know my oldest would be cramped in the mini. TIA!!

I have a city Elite and a City Mini. My just 3 year old is almost too tall for the City Mini but has a long way to go in our city Elite. I also find my city elite drives just a bit better than the city mini so I would go with the larger stroller.

That is just me.

I have used the City Classic for the past 3 years at disney and it is GREAT!! DD was 4-7yrs old and tall for her age and it was a great fit for her. I traveled alone with her for 2 of the trips and had no problems getting the stroller on and off buses, trams etc. The seat is larger and it has a higher weight capacity so it is much easier to steer. I would go for the City Classic.

Thank you both for the info!!! I feel much more confident now in my gut feeling :goodvibes I talked to my husband about it, and he agreed the Classic was the way to go. We will also have 3 men on the trip, so they can help load it on and off the bus/boat if it is a problem. WOOHOO! I am excited to try it out!

My 6 year old - 45 lbs and 45 inches barely fit in the city mini double... I wouldn't put a child much larger than that in it.

We have the Classic and have brought it to Disney twice! It is so easy to push around the extra room for the kids is so worth it!

We have the City Classic double and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the stroller! It is bulky though when folded up. I want to say it weighs close to 40lbs, and is large. It folds easily and quickly though. Ironically, I wanted to get a smaller double stroller to bring for our trip as I thought the Classic would be a PITA on the buses so I found a Peg Perego Aria Twin. But for your older children, I'd definitely do the Classic Double...just one of the men to carry it for ya. :)
