Citrus Swirl missing from Sunshine Tree Terrace

I was practicing using the mobile order feature on MDE since MDE didn't exist the last time I was at WDW, and I was shocked to see that the Citrus Swirl is not on the menu right now for Sunshine Tree Terrace. I really hope this is only temporary as this is one of my must get snacks at MK. Very surprised that the signature snack/treat for SST is not on the menu.

It's been gone for a little while, I believe they said it's just due to not being able to get the product right now.

What?? That’s my favorite snack at WDW. Forget the Dole Whips. I hope it is back next month when I am there

They didn't have it when I was there in July. I am not sure if this is true, but they said their machine was broken.

I wanted one last Saturday and was shocked not to see it on the mobile order so we walked over to Sunshine Terrace to see if it was a fluke on the mobile order page. The citrus swirl was listed on the physical menu but was not available for sale. My husband asked why it wasn't available and the cast member said that they needed the machine for the special Jungle Cruise themed whip, cotton candy flavored I think. So hopefully that will be gone soon and the swirl will be back. I settled for the Dole orange whip and it was fine but really just tasted like orange sherbet that I could get at the grocery story. Pray to the tiki gods and the orange bird that the swirl will come back to claim it's rightful spot!

I was at MK last night for extended evening hours. They were closed but it was not listed on the menu outside. :-(

Anyone have good citrus swirl news? My one month countdown is starting and I'll be so sad if it's still unavailable!

I know this is an older thread now, but I am heading to WDW in mid-Sept 2022 and I've been checking and Citrus Swirl has been on the menu to mobile order for the last several days. I also read somewhere to ask in person if you don't see it on mobile order.
