citricos

my wife is a meat and potatoes type eater. would citricos be too fancy for her. would like to try it but afraid the selections are too fancy. i looked at the menu but i know it changes so i was wondering if basic fare is usually available

Citrico's is amazing! The filet was the best we have ever had at WDW. If she isnt keen on sauces they will put them on the side for you

Citricos has excellent food but I would not call it plain. Their food presentation is beautiful.

I love Citricos and have now the pleasure of dining there three times! I adore their food, and have always had wonderful servers! The view to the Magic Kingdom, if you get the right table, is a gorgeous plus as well.

As Pakey says, the food isn't plain, altho many times you can get them to leave off a sauce, etc. The food dosen't get much more basic than what is currently on the menu--

NOTE: Citricos is a gracious and relaxing place to eat
at WDW. It has a Mediterranean flair, but is highly tailored
to the American taste. We are especially fond of the Pork
and of the Veal Shank. Try the cheese-course-trio for the
appetizer. Citricos is only one of five sitdown eateries we
patronize at WDW, and only one of the two that are owned
by Disney. To be noted - menu, service and prices are upscale.
Highly recommended.

Do you have the full list? I thought the two AKL restaurants, Victoria & Albert's, and California Grill were owned and operated by Disney.
