Citricos Character Dining?????

The DIS article on participating restaurants for the DDP list A Cinderella's Dining at Citricos - breakfast or brunch with princesses. I have never heard of Citricos being a character meal, and have only seen it for dinner on the Disney website? Is this new, has Disney official announced this?

This was only while Cinderella's Royal Table was being refurbished last year. They just didn't bother to remove the text (so surprising, I know ).
