Citizens of Buena Vista Street

Hi All, I was wondering if the "Citizens of Buena Vista Street" at DCA do any scheduled skits like they do at Hollywood Studios at WDW. We love the Film director's Casting calls and the skits by the Public Works guys at HS. Do they do things like this at DCA?

At HS at WDW these characters are actually our favorite part of the park. They are soooo funny!
We are looking forward to seeing the ones at DCA in a couple of weeks
