Cirque's La Nouba

No :) We have seen the show many times from all different locations in the theater. They have done a great job to make sure that every seat is a great seat.

No bad seats unless you have very long legs, but the extreme edges are less than ideal.

My concern is that I called for tickets today and was given section 102, Row A, Seats 1 & 2. Will this be too close to appreciate everything?

Nope, it won't. There will be things you get a better view of than others, and you may get a bit of a crick in your neck watching the trapeze and high wire folks :) , but you have great seats.

:earsboy:

Totally agree, those are great seats. The only thing that is at a weird angle is the Trapeze act, but it is only because of the net. We have found that if you slouch down a little bit in the seat during that act you will have a great view (very interesting perspective of a trapeze act) and will not get a sore neck, just got adjust a little in the seat. Those are very good seats :)

personally i would suggest not sitting in the front rows. the further back u are the more u see. also try for the center.

We sat in the second row of section 102 (I can't remember the exact numbers, but they were the seats just across the aisle from section 103) and they were fabulous. There was nothing to be seen that we couldn't see and it was wild to be so close to the action. During the aerial ballet in silk segment, for example, the male performer was literally swooping right over our heads.

Just back. Saw La Noumba. It's wonderful by the way. You will love it. We sat in sec 104 seats 1, 2, 3. While you will have to turn around for the beginning few minutes of the show...performers come in along the the back section...for the most part front row seats are wonderful. True you will be craning upward for the trapeze act but scrunch down. There is so much going on during the performance no matter what seat you are in you will miss some of it. That just means you will have to go back. I can't wait.

BTW...there really is no bad seat in the house, but closer to the front you might become part of the act. Oh and if you come in late you might become part of the act too....late comers are not allowed in while performers are coming in.
