Cirque Tickets! Help Please

My fiance and I hae been to Cirque in DTD on out last trip but my sister and her DH are goign this time and have never seen it. They do not have enough money to buy the tickets so instead of getting them Christmas presents I was going to suprise them with tickets. My question is, can you see pretty well from all seats? I looked on the Disney sight where you can click and see the view but I wanted to see if anyone else got the cheaper (how can I say cheap they are all high in price...but worth it!) seats and could still see very well?

I think category 2 seating is the best in the house. Sections 203, 204 and 205, row EE is best value for the money.

We were in row KK, section 204--so the second to last row, and we could see everything no problem!

I would try to get something towards the center, but don't worry about how far back!

If the seating at WDW is anything like other Cirque show seating, you will be hard pressed to get a bad seat in the house. The shows are designed to be seen well from pretty much any seat under the bigtop.

We went last Feb and were in section 201, row BB, the "cheapest" seats. We couldn't have been happier. We had the best of both worlds, because we could see the floor show and we could see everything up high and we didn't have to be looking up the whole time. I actually thought once we wer there that people in the closest rows may have missed things by being so close, I could be wrong. We were VERY happy!!

As others have stated there is not a bad seat in the house. You really can't go wrong as every angle has something great to offer (that you might have missed from a different angle...good reason to go see it again ). You can be confident that they will have a great time and a great view from whatever seats you give them... And I am Positive they will be very greatful for the gesture...

A couple of weeks ago, we sat in sect 206 in the last row which is Cat 3. We were on the aisle closest to 205. The seats were great. We were close enough to see everything on the stage and high enough to see the high things very well. I'm not sure, but if you were further down the row towards 207, you might have some obstruction.

I have seen it twice, and with pretty close seats, on the sides. I rather would have had center seats to the back.
You really would be hard pressed for a bad seat.

have they changed the tickets since 2004? we were in 202 the front row, the the left of the letter A on the map but at the time they were the cheapest seats(?) we were off season so do they maybe give out better seats if it is close to time and aren't anyplace close to booked? they just assigned them to us and she said at the time they give out the best seats available in your price range i know there wasn't anyone in that last section closest to the stage when we were there. we ordered our seats just before we left for our trip so a week or so before the show and picked them up at our resort when we got there
