Is there a bad seat in this theater ?

I've heard there isn't. We had second tier seats and they were wonderful. The way it worked a couple of years ago was that you didn't request a section, the computer selected the best seating available based on how many tickets you needed. Don't know if it still works that way or not.

I don't see how there could be.. the whole stage has activity so it isn't just like the performers are standing up on stage facing one certain direction.

Only the very side sections and those can only be purchased there at Cirque itself. Those are indicated here in yellow/tan...

Also, you can now purchase online at the Cirque site or, when calling Disney, and a seat selection is given to you, you can request a 'Cirque help person', actually another CM, and request specific seating.
