Cirque/DTD question

We're attending a 6 o'clock show of Cirque de solei (sp?), and I was wondering whether to eat before of after?

We're spending the whole day at DTD so will probably grab a couple of snacks during the day, we tend to eat a big buffet breakfast and skip lunch, so eating before 6 would probably be too early.

Anyone know what time the 6 o'clock shows finish? I'd like to book a suprise meal for my mum after it since shes looking forward to the performance so much.
Also I'm under 21 so we can't go to PI and drink. Anyone recommend a nice restaurant in DTD?
Also do they all need ADR's?
Or will we be able to walk in since we will be eating quite late?

TIA

We went to Cirque last year and LOVED it! The show is about 90 minutes. If your show time is at 6 pm, they probably told you to arrive about 30 minutes ahead of time for pre-show. This actually starts about 15 minutes before hand, and it just allows everyone time to get to their seats. It does run about 90 minutes on the dot, so if your show is at 6pm, you should be done around 7:30pm.

We ate at the Rainforest Cafe at DTD last year. Actually ate beforehand, but if I remember correctly, we caught a later show. We didn't need an ADR, even though it was during free dining (RFC is not a FD participating restaurant), but they got us in rather quickly. Very good food and service. This was my first experience with a RFC and I LOVED IT!

Enjoy the show! I hope your seats are up high enough that you can see (or try to see) everything that is going on. There is always so much happening everywhere during the show, so try to take in as much as you can. It's awesome!

Rainforest cafe is a good idea, although we'll be eating breakfast at the one in AK earlier in the trip in memory of my dad, so my mum might want a bit of variety.

And 7.30ish sounds perfect for dinner so that works out great!

Thanks for all the help, we only book yesterday for Cirque so are really excited about it!

Also, I've heard some good things about Captain Jack's, which we will be trying for the first time on our trip in a couple of weeks. Have fun!

We have booked an ADR for Raglan Road at 6:15 the night we are doing Cirque. We are going to the 9 showing of Cirque tho, so definitely need to get dinner in before. Good luck, and enjoy the trip!

PS- Raglan Road has entertainment that comes on at 9pm. If you get a seating for 8, you will get to see the show. Kind of bummed that we're missing this!
