Are there Giraffes at the cirus?

Depends on the circus. I know there are some that don't have any animals at all.

Your best bet to see a giraffe is to go to the zoo.

Most of the ones I have been to don't have any giraffes.

Which circus are you going to or thinking of going to?

I've been to Ringling Bros. every year for at least 15 years and have never seen a giraffe.

Thanks guys and gals. I was trying to find out since one of my kids told me girraffs were at the circus and my other teacher and I wanted to know for sure

A friend had an embarassing story from her childhood where, when she was asked at school about her favorite thing at the county fair, she said "alligators." Her family didn't have money to go to the fair and she was trying to fit in. It was a painful memory because she got laughed at and teased.

There are some old children's books with pictures of all sorts of animals hanging out of "circus trains."

I dont' think many circus's have Giraffes, but most of them have abused Elephants and other abused animals.

Oh, sorry, I wasn't trying to insinuate you did. I was simply relaying her experience. Since she was older than preschool (I think it was 2nd grade), her classmates teased her.
