Cinematic Spectacular Refurb

Read online that Cinematic Spectacular will be down for a refurbishment from April 29 - May 7. What are they doing to it that would take a week? Same article said Hogwarts express would be down for a day.
Do refrurbishments usually finish on time? We will be in the park right after those dates and don't want to miss the show.

I can’t speak to what is being refurbished but I would expect that show to open back up on time. That’s not a real lengthy refurbishment.
