Cinematic Spectacular location?

Could someone explain exactly where this show is located? I can't figure it out for some reason! Is it in Universal Studios park or is it outside the park and can be seen from City Walk? TIA!!

It's in US at the center of the park. It's the whole lagoon and surroundings.
