For some reason I thought Cindy was the only princess at CRT, so I had decided to go to PSB even though we don't plan to do much of Epcot on this trip. I just read a post where there are other princesses at CRT. My question is this: If I can get PS at CRT when we are going which would you do CRT or PSB? This will be my DD4's first trip and she loves most of the princesses. First it was Cinderella (all she would talk about), now it's Ariel, but she wants a Sleeping Beauty bday party. So, which would you do based on food, character interaction etc.? Also, if CRT would you plan this on a EE day? I would plan it on a MK day. Thanks.

Well, I'd do both if I could! And I am this August!

But, if I had to choose, I'd probably choose the Castle because it's the Castle!!

The Castle had Cinderella, Snow White, Belle, and Prince Charming the last time I went.

PSB had Sleeping Beauty, Belle, Jasmine, Mulan and Alice.

If you are only doing one, I'd do the castle because it has all the big name princesses. I plan to do both this Sept. When we were at CRT this past Dec. we saw Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Aladin, Belle and the Fairy Godmother. If you want to see Ariel don't miss her at the Grotto in MK. The PSB usually has more of the less seen princesses--Mulan, Jasmine and Pocahantas. Snow White, Belle and Sleeping Beauty rotate at this as well, but I don't think you will find Cinderella here. The absolute highlight of my DD 3 1/2 last Dec. was breakfast in the castle. Goodluck!!!

My DD just turned 5 and was 4 the last trip. We've done the castle twice but haven't done PSB. We plan to do both this Dec.- providing we get PS! The castle is so magical!!! We saw Cindy, Snow White, Aurora, Belle, and Mary Poppins this past Nov. DD LOVES eating in the castle and thinks this is a must now- just crossing our fingers for the ps. Nothing compares to the look on your princess's face when she meets the real princesses in the castle! However, Jasmine is her favorite right now and we are going to try PSB to try to see her. Hey, they are only this young once and why not do both while they still believe? Either way, I think you'll be happy at either- I've read good reviews about PSB. princess:

We always do CRT for breakfast with just the girls. It's awesome and my 4 yr old niece loves it. But it's special for my, my mom and sister too. We did CRT and PSB back in Dec when we went. We won't do PSB again. It was our favorite and we really didn't like the food. The food at CRT is preplated but everytime we have gone it was good. Last Dec, we saw Cindy, Mary Poppins, Sleeping Beauty, Belle, and Snow White. Everyone of them talked to my niece and gave her hugs.

Might I ask what 'PSB' stands for? I've been wondering for a while and just had to ask!

Thanks!

Hi Matt......PSB Princess Storybook Breakfast

We just attended the PSB on 7/17/04.....
The princesses in attendence were......Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Belle, Jasmine and Mulan.
The food was good and the Norway atmosphere was very nice.....but if I could have gotten PS I would have chosen CRT .......you can't beat that Castle atmosphere and just walking up to it as the centerpiece of the park is wonderful!

Norway is quite a distance from the EPCOT entrance and we were running late but a CM driving one of those extended golf carts gave us a ride right to the door of the restaurant.....you can't ask for better service than that!

The princesses were not very talkative....but I think we were the last table they went to ........but smiled and posed with the children
We enjoyed it but try for CRT first!

Thanks to all of you who responded. I definately think I will try to do both. Hopefully I can get ps at CRT. I don't think I am going to tell DD4, I think I will make it a surprise. This is going to be so much fun. I don't know who is going to be more excited, me, DD4 or my mother. THanks again.

If you can get CRT's - go for that one! My almost 4yo has eaten there 3 times and has already requested we eat there again for our Feb. trip. (Now the pressure is on me to deliver)! :) She loves eating in the CASTLE and so do I. She always dresses up as one of the princesses and loves meeting them all.

If it is possible we love getting an early seating on a non-early entry day. The reason being is that you will be admitted into the park since you have the early ps before everyone else is. It is so magical to walk up Main St. almost by yourself. I've been lucky enough two times to snag an 8:20 ps. We enter the park a little past 8:00 and leisurely walk up Main St. and can take great pics. of DD in her princess costume posing in various places with hardly anyone else around. There is also little wait at CRT if you have an early ps. The one time we did not get at ps time till 9:30 we had quite a wait before we were seated. Also by doing an early ps on a non-early entry day you get to be one of the first ones on the Fantasyland rides. We usually found ourselves done with breakfast just a little past 9:00 when the main gates opened but since we were already in Fantasyland we were able to jump onto Dumbo, Peter Pan, Winnie-the-Pooh & the carousel with no wait! I know its not always possible to get the time you want, but just thought I'd throw it out there if you are able to choose a time when you call for your ps!

MinnieGi,

Great advice. The day I want to go to CRT is not an EE day. I would like a ps around 8:30 so that sounds like great advice. I will definately have to dress DD in one of her dresses. Now just to wait for my 90 day mark. Thanks so much.

We have done both and enjoyed both. If I had to choose just one, I would pick crt because it is in the castle. I'm 33 and I thought it was magical eating breakfast in the castle!:) However, we really liked psb, too. We thought the princess interaction at psb was better and we weren't as rushed. You can't go wrong with either one! My dd5 also wore her cinderella dress to crt. I did have her change right after breakfast though. Have a wonderful time!:flower1: :flower1:

If I were you, I'd make PS's to both. I just recently made my PS's for PSB (on exactly the 90th day) and they were sold out. So I had to wait til the next morning & try again & thankfully I got it. Try not to tell your DD about it until you definitely have the PS's. I almost had to tell DD that we couldn't go!

When making the PS for PSB, you have to give your credit card & if you don't cancel in advance, you will be charged for the meal.

I would still make PS's for both & cancel later if you decide to do one or the other.

We have done both (CRT in 2001, 2002, PSB 2003)and when asked this year to choose one breakfast this year my 6 year old niece chose PSB. She also chose 1900 Park Faire for dinner so we will see Cinderella there. Personally, I enjoyed CRT more.

First, I wouldn't do CRT on EE day. I try to get the earliest seating at CRT so we can be there before the park opens. My one dd (5) was born to be a princess so this trip (just last week) we did CRT, PSB and CInderella's Gala Feast. At CRT it was Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Mary Poppins and Belle.
