Having been to WDW several times and never eaten in the castle, we are seriously considering it this time - mostly just to see what's it like. Do any of you who don't have young children go there? It will be me, DH, DD and her friend (both 14 yo).

DD (l8) and I ate lunch in the castle last year during spring break.

We saw many families with just adults and adults/older kids.

Go and have fun. Your girls will think it's coool.

It's great.

Last Feb. I took my DD and her friend, who were 15 at the time. We had breakfast with the characters in the castle. They thought it was very cool. They giggled and took lots of photos.
Have fun!

DH and I have eaten lunch at Cindy's twice and loved it both times. The food, service, and atmosphere are all GREAT!

We have eaten dinner at the castle and loved it. The atmoshere is wonderful and if you plan it right, you can see the fireworks from the inside looking out. It is even more gorgeous through the stained glass windows.

Not only have I eaten there as an adult, but as a solo adult, twice for lunch. Often I'm not comfortable with sit-down dining solo, but there is an exception. Also, DH and I ate there last year for our anniversary dinner.

Dbf and I are doing CRT on our upcoming vacation. This was one of the things that I was dying to do. Luckily we got a ps.
I don't think it matters what age you are. When you are at wdw, everyone is a kid again...at least at heart.

I was wondering this too - DH and I are going to CRT for breakfast in March. I have been wanting to do this for awhile ... and got a PS thru DU (THANKS BETH!) for this trip. I'm not even sure DH knows he's going to have breakfast with Cinderella - I guess as long as there is food, he'll humor me and go!

DH, DS (15) and DD(18) and I have had character breakfast there and they ham it up with the characters (some of the best photos we have). We have lunch there (no characters) the food is good and the view is lovely.

We eat lunch there each trip. Love it! Much prefer it to the food at breakfast. "Kids" are 22, 20 & 17!

Sometimes you need to just sit back (or in the
case of the castle-up) and see the sights.

It's a nice break.
