From the newly designed website:
"There is a 48-hour cancellation policy and there is a $10 per person charge if Guests cancel within 48 hours or no show for the meal."

Looks like it is still 24 hours for the Princess Breakfast at Epcot.

I would double check that information with WDW-DINE. There seems to be a slight inaccuracy on the new website regarding the cancellation policy.
