We just ate breakfast at the castle for my daughter's 5th Birthday. We've (I've) been planning to do this since she was probably two. On the website, breakfast is advertised as an all you can eat dining experience, but when we got there, we were handed a breakfast menu to order from. The portions were extremely small for the price we paid for this meal. The service and all was wonderful, but for the price we paid the food was very disappointing. Is there somewhere that I can get in touch with someone to make a comment/complaint about this online? Thanks!

You can go to the disneyworld website, move to the bottom and click on CONTACT US. Send the e-mail with your comments and tel number. I bet they will have someone call you back.

I have sent them an e-mail in the past, not with problem, but with a couple of general comments re housekeeping and had a call shortly after to talk about it.

Also, it seems like you are at the park now......you just ate there? Go to Guest Relations in city hall and talk to them immediately.

FYI - website advertises breakfast as "pre-plated, all-you-care-to-eat" but not as buffet service. Seems like you could have asked for more food after first plate was consumed.

Is it no longer all you care to eat? I know you order, but I thought you could get seconds, no?

CRT is still absolutely all you care to eat. Even though it is pre plated as PP said, you can ask for more or order something else from the menu as many times as you like. To the OP, I would say the most to complain about is that your server did not specify to you that your family could eat as much as you'd like. But I must say, I am a marathon runner with a pretty big appetite and I found the portions of each plate to be quite plentiful. I guess to each his own.

Yes, they do give you menus, but it is also all you can eat. Our server came by a few times to ask us if we wanted more of everything or if we wanted to try something different.

When I went it didn't really feel all you can eat since they were really slow bringing seconds, we were full when we left but there were a few things I would have wanted more of (to be honest part of that was DH though he said no to a few things before I could respond and the person just left.. I wanted to try some of his food!! - by the time we got the food so I could have asked for more it was getting late and we wanted to get out of there.)

If I did it again I would be a bit more quick to ask for more early on even if I hadn't completely finished what I had yet, I think that would have made it better... but it was still worth the price to me to eat in the castle once.

I kind of agree with you on this, though it's not specific to CRT. The princess breakfast at Askerhaus (sp) is the same way. You COULD get more but by the time the servers get back to you you're feeling pressured to move on so they can get another group in. My poor DH about died when they brought out a plate of eggs and a plate of meat for our family of 3. He said "Is this for all of us?" Haha, I'm sure our waitress thought we were the biggest eaters she'd ever seen, but come on....for a $60 breakfast we want to eat more than a smattering of fruit and bread.
