Cinderella's Royal Table-OOP

We already had an ADR for Le Cellier, so to avoid using up even more of our DDP credits, I decided to book Cinderella's Royal Table out of pocket. I'm just making sure I understand correctly the Prix Fixe menu...It does mean that the meal comes with 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, and 1 dessert correct? Probably sounds stupid, but I just gotta make sure I have all my ducks in a row!

CRT has a fixed menu: you select one from each categeory. So you get one appetizer, one entree, one dessert and one drink per person.

The menu says "Your Choice of the Following" meaning that you get to pick one. At breakfast it is my understanding that you can get "refills", but at lunch and dinner it is not "all you care to eat."
