Cinderella's Royal Table do we get an Appetizer on DPlan?

I have recently learned that the tip is included at Cinderella's Royal Table for dinner. I looked at the menu does it also include an appetizer like at Mama's Melrose Fantasmice package?

3 in our party had the BLT salads in May 2008...was a delicious lettuce salad with a ton of bacon (real, not Baco bits) and Tomatoes. The other person in our group had the corn/crab soup, said it was outstanding. None of us tried the Spring roll, so can't help you on that one! We did enjoy the meal there...
