We had dinner there on August 21st for dd's 13th birthday. Cinderella is in the lobby for photos. She will also sign autographs and talk just a little. It felt a bit rushed, but I think that depends on how many other guests are waiting for photos.
The Fairy Godmother, Suzy, and Perla flit through the dining room doing a little show at some point during the dinner. They may very quickly stop by your table, but not long enough to really get a good photo or any personal interaction.
Unlike the above poster, our food that night was excellent, though the child's dinner was standard child's food like all over Disney. My 2 older "kids" (adults by Disney standards) and I had the spring roll for our appetizer. That was a little heavy on the ginger. I ate mine (it wasn't inedible), but the kids didn't like it at all. Dh had the BLT salad which he said was good, not great. The funny think was the single tomato was about the size of a grape. We just expected more tomato in something called a BLT. My youngest had the veggie/fruit plate which I think was the only choice. It had some baby carrots, celery, and grapes (I think). The entrees were much better than the appetizers. I had the prime rib which really isn't my favorite cut of meat. It was huge! It was not as fatty as many prime ribs that I have had, and it was cooked perfectly. The cabernet sauce on top was excellent and not overpowering. The potatoes were good as well, though I make much better gratin potatoes. The "adult kids" had the Cheese Tortellini with vegetables. I tried a bite of that, and it was delicious. The sauce was very garlicky, though, so if you don't like a lot of garlic, I would advise against it. The bowls of pasta were huge as well. They could have easily shared a bowl and still had some left over. My dd wasn't feeling particulary well that night, though, so she ate even less than usual. Dh had the pork tenderloin and orzo. I don't really like either, so I didn't taste it. He said that it was delicious. The youngest had the chicken strips which were just like the chicken strips all over Disney. He enjoyed them, though. We tried the chocolate cake (ok) and the raspberry sorbet (excellent) for dessert, though we were very full by that point. I had also ordered the chocolate slipper dessert for dd's birthday.
