Does anyone know why you are not able to reserve CRT on the My Disney Experience? It states you have to call to reserve. I've been playing around in the app checking restaurants as I need to book my ADR's in less than 2 weeks and noticed this.

I think it's because you have to pay in advance. Try using computer instead of app. I've booked it like that before.

the app is terrible. You may also have issues with 180+ if you are eligible. Use desktop.

I believe it has to do with having to prepay. I book all of my dining through the app with no issues but I've noticed anything that is prepaid (CRT, Mickey's Backyard BBQ) has to be done by calling or on a computer.

I never use the MDE app to book any ADR's. It has way too many issues. I always use the website on a desktop or from Safari on my ipad. You can book CRT online, just not on the app.

I always use the regular site on my phone instead to book rather than using the app. I've had lots of problems with adding and canceling through the app.
