I have a question about CRT and other character meals. I was told by one person that you need to book CRT a year in advance. Someone else told me 6 months. Which is correct? And, does this pertain to all the character meals?

I understand that CRT gets filled up very quickly. What about the other character meals? Especially the Princess ones? Which ones get filled the quickest?

Hi,

Yes you can call 180 days in advance. You NEED to especially for CRT! I called to 6 mths exact before we are going and got it. Last year we did the Lunch with Princesses at Epcot as could not get CRT. That was also a good experience with Princesses.

CRT is 6 months. And you basically need to call AS they open EXACTLY 180 days prior to have a shot at getting a ressie. There have been exceptions, and there are occasionally cancellations....but you need to wake with the roosters (BEFORE the roosters if you're on the West Coast) is you want in.

IMHO, it's worth doing once for the experience, at least once....but the food is not great (not awful, either, but, especially for the price, not great), and IMHO you get better character interaction with Cinderella at 1900 Park Faire (at the Grand Floridian) at dinner time. Still, there's nothing like eating in the castle!

Yes, CRT gets booked 180 days in advance (and needs to be, as it is one of the smallest meals and fills quickly). It is worth it though. I have eaten there 4 times.

Also, all table service meals can be booked 180 days in advance (but not all of them do, depending on the time). CM is another one that fills quickly.
