Does anyone know if you can only have Cinderella's Carriage if you get married at the Wedding Pavillion?

Cinderella's Glass Coach is available at the Wedding Pavilion, Grand Floridian, BoardWalk Inn, and Yacht Club, as well as at morning Epcot ceremonies in every location except the United Kingdom.

Do you work for Disney as a wedding planner...I feel like you answer everybody's question with such detail!
