Cinderella's Castle

We have priority seating for Cinderella's Castle for our first night in Disney, has anyone been lately? Thoughts??

We went last year, but eat dinner there every year. We like it. We had done the breakfast there, but prefer the one in Norway. Our little girls like the thought of eating in the castle, so we do dinner. We have always had a great meal there, and the service is always wonderful. They refer to the girls as Princess.

We have our PS for 12/5 before MVMCP. Can't wait!

we were just there on 10/23. We usually try to have dinner there once a trip. It was fantastinc as always. Great Prime Rib. The service is always great too.

We have a PS there for our first night in December. I haven't read to many reviews on an actual dinner, just many on the Princess Breakfast! We timed our PS for the fireworks so hopefully that will work out!!

I was there on 10/19 and have to say that I probably won't do dinner there again. The prices are very inflated, food tasted like a tv dinner and our waiter was the grumpiest person I met on our whole trip. But hopefully mine was an isolated incident, all restaurants have bad days and it's unfair to judge by one experience.

We just ate there for lunch in September and LOVED IT! We actually had a huge lunch because we used our VKL vouchers, so we had prime rib, potatoes, 2 appetizers, the works. It was all very delicious. My only complaint was that we had a 1:00 PS, we got there at 12:45, and we weren't seated until 1:30. I thought the whole point of having a PS was so that you wouldn't have to wait for 45 minutes Enjoy!!

I have also noticed this. Our grumpiest server (or at least, least friendly) of each trip is usually our CRT server. Wonder why that is?

We were there 10/23 for lunch and 10/31 for dinner. The food is good, not great but I love the dining room and the way DS (6) freaks out every time Cinderella comes around.
We got right in on both PSs.
I think I had Major Domo pie for lunch and pork tenderloin for dinner. Both were pretty good.

I'll probably keep it on my list for a lunch PS.

Also, I told my husband we were going to keep going to eat there until we got that darn window seat.

That is so funny that you say that. When we went in September, I kept telling my BF that I really wanted a window seat. So our name was finally called, and we made our way up the tower, and he decided he needed to use the restroom. We stopped at the restrooms that are half way up the stairs, and I waited outside for him. As I waited on the stairs, an older couple walked up. He then came out, and we walked upstairs just as the older couple was requesting the LAST window seat. You better believe that I let him have it for his nature call We actually ended up with a good table, though. It was to the right on the elevated area, and it was the table for 2 right along the railing over looking the window seat area. We still got to look out the window, just from afar.

Does Cinderella appear here for lunch and dinner, too? I thought it was just breakfast?

I am looking for an alternative to the breakfast as i just can't seem to get a PS while we are there. Thanks!

During our trip in 1997 Cinderella appeared during lunch hours, but during our trip this year in September we only saw Mary Poppins. I felt kind of bad for her because she came down and all the little kids started getting upset and saying 'where is Cinderella?' She sat there for pictures and not one single person went over. It was kind of sad. A lot of the small kids had no idea who she even was.
