I am looking at the menu, and I had a question about this children's choice:

Beef and Macaroni with marinara sauce and melted Mozzarella served with green beans and carrots


Will they make it without the beef?

I would guess yes. Disney is very, very accommodating when it comes to food requests in my experience. You could always call to make sure, just in case.

to make a request like that ahead of time. CRT operates with a limited menu and the food is prepared prior to the expected party arrival based on expected demand. This helps them get people in and out quickly. (And they do.)
