Cinderella's Castle meal for 4 year old?

Taking my daughter to WDW for her 4th bday next January. We usually do the dining plan. I would like some opinions of the Cinderella's castle dining for little ones this age. Is it worth the dining plan credits or will it be better when she's a little older? Thanks!

We don't do the dining plan, so I'm not all that familiar with how the credits work, but I have to say that 4 would be a terrific age to do CRT.

We first ate breakfast there when DD was 3. As we were walking up the stairs inside the castle, I heard her say (under her breath), "This is amazing!" I have it on video and I still tear up when I watch that part. She had the most magical time meeting the princesses and posing for photos.

We did breakfast there again a few years later, when she was 7. It was still fun, but not as magical as that first time when the princesses were so very real to her.

Sadly, the princess phase doesn't always last long. Now DD is 9 and would much rather eat with pirates than princesses.

We've done CRT and 1900 Park Fare for dinner (Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine, Anastasia and Druscilla). I have to say we really preferred 1900 Park Fare over CRT (plus its only 1 table service credit).

Oh my goodness! I cannot think of a more memorable 4th b-day present!!!! My DD was 6 & my DS was almost 3 when we went the first time. They (yes, THEY--even my 2 yr old son) absolutely LOVED it!!!

If your DD is in to Princesses, then dress her up in one of her favorite princess outfits. (Most of the girls are dressed up.) Plan on taking LOTS of pictures. If she's anything like my DD, she will be completely mesmerized & talk about it for years. Enjoy it while you can...my DD will be turning 9 on our next trip & we're taking her to CRT for her b-day. We realize this will probably be the very last time she'll want to do it. Have a wonderful time!

I took my DDs last year - for their 5th birthday. They loved eating in the castle. When a Disney movie comes on and they see the castle at the beginning, they still point and yell "we ate there". They can't wait to go back. Granted, for them it was more being in the castle than the actual food - but it was a memorable experience for them.

My granddaughter was three when we went to dinner at the Castle in January. She was in awe of EVERYTHING. But then again, so was my eight year old granddaughter. I think the experience of eating in Cinderella's Castle, of getting a meet and greet downstairs (pictures and all) is ageless! I know I was suitably impressed too.
