Hi
My daughter would love to see Cinderella, I tried to book the castle for 10/4 on her b'day no luck, we didn't know we were going to disney in the 90 day time frame to book this in advance, I booked Chef Mickey for her b'day however reading some posts I'm wondering if I should book the Grand Floridian Princess Dinner? What does everyone think, your suggestions would be helpful. Thanks
Lisa

First off welcome to the Dis!!!

Ive never done dinner at 1900 Park Faire so I dont really have an opinion on that. I have however looked at the menu and it does look appealing to me. If seeing Cinderella is your main objective, this may be the way to go as I believe she is a regular there(someone correct me if Im wrong).

We have done Chef Mickeys many time, but only for breakfast. We really enjoy this experience a lot for food and atmosphere. I would guess the experience is similar for dinner, just different food.

I can see how having breakfast in the castle with the princesses is important to you. You can keep trying back for that day and hope that someone cancels. I have heard of people being able to book a PS a couple days before the date they want. So, even if you cant get one now, keep trying if thats what you really want. Good luck!

We're doing the 1900 Park Fair dinner for the first time on our next trip (Sept). From all the reading I've been doing, I'm expecting a MUCH BETTER meal than CRT. ::yes:: I don't know about the character interaction, though (as in which is better).

I would HIGHLY recommend the dinner at 1900 Park Fare. We did this dinner in May, 2004 and loved it!! If your DD loves Cinderella like mine than this would be worth it. There are only characters there from Cinderella - Cinderella (of course), Prince Charming, Fairy Godmother, Perla and Suzy (mice). The dinner buffet is ok but well worth it if you want to see Cinderella and can't get CRT for breakfast.
