I do not believe so. I read of someone winning in Downtown Disney.

nope, you can win anywhere. I don't think they are giving away the castle suite stay at the resorts, but I know they are doing it at all the parks including DTD. Good luck.

No. But there is a Mickey Mouse Penthouse Suite in one of the hotels that they are doing it with. The pictures I have seen of that are just amazing!
