Cinderalls kiss goodnight?

Just saw a thread about the cinderella kiss goodnight.
Does the California Grill stay open for drinks until that time and would we be able to see it if we were up there??
Just another way to experience the magic.

You need to be on Main street to really see it and hear it. From the Contemporary it will just look like the Castle is changing colors.
