Say....I'm a big fan of the mouse!...But I also like a good cigar once in a while. I understand the Disney cruise line offers Cubans......Does anybody know where on the ships I can smoke them? After all, if you bring them un-smoked back the the USA you get charged with "smuggling".......

While in Nassau DH was so excited to walk around shopping with me. No wait he was very UN-happy, that is until we found a small cigar shop. He wanted to get gifts but to make the day a little better for him I suggessted that buy a cuban cigar and smoke it while we shopped, thus keeping him from the tortured question "What do you think of this?". He didn't see any on board but then again we didn't look because we thought that we couldn't bring them onboard. By the way he said it was one of the best cigars he's ever had!

This was a question I had too..my DH likes his cigars, unfortunately for me! ;) You are allowed to smoke cigars up on the decks and there are even Cigars & Cognac nights up at the adult pool (this was on the Magic, not sure about the Wonder). My husband bought a few cigars both on board and on the islands and I believe you are permitted to bring back a certain amount back into the States, not sure what the amount is but for some reason I think it's just six.

Just a little friendly suggestion...your cabin neighbors may not appreciate your cigar smoking so try not to smoke them on the verandahs, if you have one.

My husband enjoyed taking a cappuccino from the Cove back onto the secret aft deck on Deck 7 and smoking a cigar there. :)

You can buy cigars on board the Disney cruise ships, but you can not buy Cuban cigars. If you want to purchase those, buy them at one of the ports. You are allowed to bring them back on board while still in the International waters and smoke them, however, you are not supposed to bring them back into the country as that is illlegal. My husband always buys some cubans when we travel and enjoys then while on our cruise.
