Cigar Event at Swan/Dolphin

I'm planning (OK, wishing and hoping and praying) for a trip to the Swan or Dolphin within the next year and a half. I think this event would be a great way to encourage my dear spouse to vacation there.

They mention a cigar event on their website, but don't list any dates. I e-mailed them, with no response.

Has anyone gone to this event in the past, or know when it's held every year?

The event is held twice a year. once in either March or April (this year on April 12th at 6:30 pm) at the Swan pool Terrace. THe other is held in Oct and not sched yet.

What it includes is a cocktail reception, and a 4 or 5 course meal. Each course you get a cordial and a different cigar. There is also wine available...
