Chukka Catamaran Cruise and Dunn's River Falls

We are doing this excursion in June, but can't find a lot of info on it. It says it is a 6-6.5 hour trip, I am assuming that is from getting off the ship through the 60 minute bus ride back. It says that drinks are provided on the return trip, and that food is available for purchase. Can anyone tell me what that food might be or it lunch can be purchased at Dunn's River Falls. I will be traveling with a diabetic that must eat at regular intervals and want to be prepared if I need to make some sort of arrangements!
