Chuggington DISigns

I was wondering if anyone has ever made Chuggington designs. I am specifically looking for my son's name (Ford) in the Chuggington logo. In other words instead of Chuggington on the logo, I would love for it to read Ford. His birthday is coming up and I wanted to make a banner and a t-shirt for him to wear.

I have been killing myself for hours on Photoshop with no luck.

Wow! Thank you those are great. Is it possible to have them at a higher resolution. The place I want to make a banner said the quality isn't optimal for a banner.
