Can Children get food off the adult buffet or are they only allowed to eat the food off the kids buffet?

Kids and adults can both eat off of whatever buffet they want

The kids can eat off the adult buffet and adults can eat off the kids buffet

They can get food off from any portion of the buffet.

Same applies to children under 3 - and there is no charge for them.

Not only can kids eat the food meant for adults, but adults can get food from the "kid section" of the buffet! Also - you don't need to pay for a plate for a child who's under 3.

Thanks everyone, I was curious since we have a 6 yo and a 13 yo, didnt want one child getting jealous....

There is no such thing as a "kids buffet" or even an "adult buffet" at Disney. They have buffets with one section lower to the floor which has on it items that kids tend to enjoy (such as pizza, hot dogs, chicken strips, mac & cheese, etc.). Any person at the buffet (including children less than age three who are free) can get anything from any part of the buffet.

Our DD11 never eats from the childrens buffet and we've never had an issue. We've eaten there every year for the last 6 years. You even see adults taking food from the children's buffet.
