I have been exhausted these past few weeks, regardless of how much sleep I get. I feel like I can take a nap at any time of the day. I don't think I get too much sleep because I know that can cause tiredness. On the average weekday I go to sleep between midnight and 1 and wake up at 8:30. Thats seven to eight hours. But I still wake up tired and not refreashed. I have no energy to do anything, even walk across campus for food. I also have been having trouble focusing in class because I can only think about my nice, warm bed.
I talked to my mom and she thinks it is because of my lack of exercise. I used to work out 5-7 times a week last school year but now that I am in college, I have stopped. But I didn't work out over the summer and I didn't feel like this. And this has been pretty sudden.
Also, since yesterday I've been getting these severe headaches that come on suddenly. Tylenol helps but wears off pretty quickly. I looked up chronic fatigue syndrom but it says the fatigue has to persist for six months so I don't think I have it but I was just wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this and if you had any opinions or advice.
Thanks.
