Well, I have finally hit rock bottom and can't stand to be this way anymore. I had several breaking points this past weekend and I have decided to change my life. I joined e-diets and am following their food plan, along with Bob Greene's workout plan. I started on Saturday, March 11. So today is day 4, so far, so good.
I am 32 years old, married with 3 beautiful daughters (ages 11,10, and 4). They are so much motivation for me. I hate to think that they would be embarassed by my weight. My oldest daughter's basketball team won the city tournament this past weekend
and for their "prize" they wanted to have a mother-daughter basketball game. I knew my daughter was embarrassed that I was out there and that hurt.
I also have the goal (however unrealistic) of running a 5K. I haven't chosen one yet. I know this is the beginning of a new life for me!!

I didn't spend much time on the treadmill this weekend. Only 30 minutes total. But, I'll be back on today. Eating less gets easier each day as my hunger continues to get less and less. Making healthier choices sure feels great!
Christy!!
