How crowded are these holidays?

- Christmas
- October school break
- Thanksgiving
- Spring Break

(we'll be staying onsite, so the FOTL pass will be great)

We went our first trip during our Spring Break. It was very crowded but the FOTL made is very easy at the parks.

I haven't been during Christmas or Thanksgiving.

Is there an October break?

Where we live, the school system goes year round. School starts in July, then you go for 9 weeks, off 2 weeks, on 9 weeks, off 2 weeks....etc, until the last week of May. Summer vacation is 8 1/2 weeks.

So, October gets a 2 week 'fall break'.

How crowded are these holidays?

- Christmas the days before christmas are find. it is after christmas up thru new years eve that is congested.
- October school break the month of october is hhn hard ticket events. hotel rates run higher. hotels sell out on some nights, especially on weekends due to hhn. parks are light up to 2ish in the afternoon during f-sa-su. mon-thur crowds are decent, very low in the morning up to 11ish. whenever you have a huge hard ticket event such as hhn, parks close early.
- Thanksgiving it does get crowded the day after
- Spring Break it will be very crowded and hotel rates run higher, not as many deep discounts. check the calendar for the season it runs as spring break varies throughout the usa. this is the one time i don't step foot at any theme park, and i always stay onsite.

with the fotl, you will be avoiding most of the crowds. your waits might be longer on some days even when using the express lanes.
if you check and see the cost of the epp on certain dates and if they are sky high, that is an indicator the parks will be crowded.

once parry hotter island opens, those time periods you asked about will be greater. a new island always brings in more guests for a first try there.

I'm booked for Dec 29 until Jan 2 is there ever any discounts for that time?
