christmas week dining ?

WDW vet first holiday trip-made our adrs, have a few questions and looking for general opinion:

12/28 arrive GF-MK evening, back to resort for Citricos or Narcoosee(have been to both prior) any opinion on holiday flare at these two options?

12/29 EPCOT-candelight processional pkg.-dinner at Italy-only eatery available when we booked, but we have never tried. Will we like?

12/30 MK in the am-California Grille 530 dinner-dessert party 730 for wishes. Do you think park will be at capacity and we will be denied entrance around 700?

12/31 Undecided-options in play-MGM and Kouzzina for dinner, Epcot-Tokyo Dining or back to resort Citricos(if not on the 28th) or the Wave at contemporary? thanks

Can only offer my opinion on Tutto - we did the CP package there last year and had a wonderful meal and excellent service. We said it was one of our best meals at Disney ever. I've seen others say it wasn't good, but that wasn't my experience.
