Christmas Stocking thread~ Complete!! Thanks everyone!

I have been looking but still have not found the "right" last couple of things for mine. I will be gone until tomorrow night so will get my package in the mail Tuesday or Wednesday. Just that much less time for my person to have to wait to open it!

And Beth.,....mine is not mailed yet....sorry. but everything is purchased!! I am just trying to decide if I have the energy to go crafty, or if I am buying a stocking at the dollar store!!!

Yay - I finally got all the stuffers and the perfect stocking - and they are all wrapped up I just have to go out and get an appropriate box to stuff them in and send them on their way

Don't worry about it not being mailed yet. Mail by date isn't until Tuesday, and even then if you need an extra bit of time, just let me know.

Good morning exchangers!!!

I am sooooo in need of some good cheer this morning. I didn't even want to drag myself out of bed.

I'm really excited over this exchange. And you know, Dawn loved doing these. She really did. Heck, for the Halloween one she sent out 5 exchanges. And then she wondered why on earth she did that.

So let's finish up our shopping, get those packages wrapped up and on their merry way!! Tomorrow is the mail by date. PLEASE post once you've mailed, or if you need another day or two, let me know. As long as you touch base with me and I know what's going on, it's fine. Thank-you!

Mine went to the post office this morning. Although I had to take it to my office first as I had a bunch of the flat rate boxes there. Everyone looked at me kinda funny as I walked into Starbucks & then up to my office holding a Christmas stocking filled with fun!

I will say ahead of time, that mine looked way cuter the way that I had it assembled than it did once I got it into the box. So--to the person that will be receiving my package: pleeeeassseee do me a favor and visualize it the way it was supposed to look rather than the haphazard way it looks inside the box!

I finished all my shopping this weekend, I grabbed some Christmas wrap at Target to use. I need to wrap and box tonight and then I will send from work tomorrow. My exchange buddy will have her package by next week, with the holiday it will be delayed a couple of days, it should be delivered by Monday or Tuesday.
Thanks for the pics Beth....now I'm off to cry about Dawn.

All righty - everything is finally wrapped, boxed up, card signed, box taped, address on the box........ I just have to get a moment to run to the post office and my friend's stocking will be on the way I think I even remember to put everything into the box before I sealed it up

Cheryl, Dawn, Bree and I were having lunch and talking about the exchange. She told Bree how special she was because she thinks so much of her momma, does so much for her and how we are so close. And that is an important trait in young women to Dawn. Then she said she was gonna tell Beth she wanted you because you are special like that. She could tell how close you are to your momma, just like Bree & I and Dawn & Sally. It made me tear up at the time, cause she had never met you but knew in her heart that you are a special sweet girl. Anyway, I just wanted you to know that.

I had to laugh, because when I read that I let out a big groan. Just left my box at the post office, headed to Canada by the way But when I got home I found my card sitting on the table, not in the box where it belonged. So are you participating in the xmas card exchange Hope you enjoy!

Ha - that's usually me, which is why I'm so proud of myself that I actually managed to get everything inside before I sealed it up! I usually forget the card and for the summer exchange I had to cut a little bit of the tape and stuff in a few things that had fallen under my desk (clumsy me!) So to Canada, you say????? Hmmmmmm........... I like Canada
