We're planning on hopefully doing some resort hopping during our post-Christmas/through New Year's trip at the end of this year. For those of you who were at the resorts last year during the holiday season, how long were the Christmas decorations up (specifically the gingerbread house at the GF)? Thank you!

January 6th is usually the last day for all Christmas stuff, so you should be fine :goodvibes

Its amazing how fast they come down after January 1. Given the way the calendar falls, I'd hit them no later than the 4th this year.

We checked in to BWI the morning of Jan. 2, everything down already. We were bummed! The YC still had theirs up on Jan. 4 and they were lovely.:)

We arrived NYE and everything was up, within a few days it was all gone. The gingerbread was still up for a while but the store inside was closed. The GF has a live band and balloon drop on NYE and the tree and gingerbread house was still up.
If you get a chance and your looking at decorations, we rode the boat to Fort Wilderness and saw a lot of motor homes decorated nicely a short walk from the dock. Also there were carriage/sleigh rides that drove around them too that were fun.
