I want to make some bags of flavored or chocolate covered popcorn to give to coworkers at a party next week. Does anyone have a good recipe they would care to share?

Thanks! That recipe looks good. I assume that it a crunchy caramel corn since you bake it in the oven.

pop some orville redenbacher popcorn, take out the unpopped kernels and let cool (I let it sit in ziploc bags overnite)..the next day I put it in a big bowl, added some heath chips, craisins, slivered almonds, and some chopped dried apricots..melt some white chocolate and pour over all of it..mix quickly with a big wooden spoon. Spread out on large cookie sheets till it hardens..then break it up and put it in bags..the recipe I used also called for edible gold glitter, which I did sprinkle on..but it was hardly noticeable..everyone who tasted it loved it, and it was simple and fairly inexpensive!

I used a big box of popcorn which I believe was 6 bags..2 blocks of white almond bark 1 bag craisins , 2 cups slivered almonds, and 1 bag of apricots, and 1/2 bag of heath bits..I ended up with I think 3 or 4 gallon size ziploc bags full!

That sounds great! I have had the chocolate covered popcorn before, but not with craisins, almonds, etc.
