Christmas party tix question

We bought tickets for the Dec. 6 party but plans are changing and we will be unable to make that date. I wondered if it is possible to call Disney and exchange them for a different date if the price is the same? Thanks.

I do not think you can but you can try and they may let you but I do not think so

But it never hurts to call and ask. Stranger things have happened.

The tickets say no, however if you get a well versed CM on a good day, they may be able to help you. Despite being non-refundable, Disney refunded two days worth of party tickets for us when a trip was cut short due to a sick family member (who later passed). It was definitely not the norm, but they really sprinkled some pixie dust on us during that hard time.

It's always worth trying. We were at MK last year on a really rainy day. People were going to Guest Services and having their MNSSHP tickets exchanged for another day.

It can't hurt to ask.

Yes, they might be understanding, but it depends. You might have better luck since you only want to switch days, not get a refund. It can't hurt to ask!
