Christmas parade?

So I've seen the posts and everything up about the Christmas Parade taping.....

I had no idea WDW did a Christmas parade that was taped.

Is this aired on cable? When? What network???

I've lived most my life without cable (and without Disney for that matter), so this is the first I've heard of any of it. Can someone help me out please???

It's usually on ABC on Christmas morning.

Yes, the morning goes like this... wake up, make Cinnabon cinnamon rolls and coffee, open presents, turn on Disney parade on ABC. What would Christmas morning be without the Walt Disney World Parade?

Wow how very out of the loop I am haha. Okay. Will DEFINITELY make sure to watch it this year. Usually on Xmas morning we are up and going at 6 am and there is no time for tv, but I will force everyone to plan around the parade this year, by god! haha

Enjoy the parade, but be warned - the parade is usually used as an giant advertising launch for "What's new at Disney this year!". Kind of like how the Tournament of Roses Parade on New Year's Day is used by the major networks to promote their TV network stars by making them announcers.....

Once I figured that out as an adult, I started watching it for new announcements of what's happening at the resorts vs. the actual parade.
