Christmas ornaments?

We always purchase a personalized ornament for each trip to WDW. Are they any Christmas Stores in DL or DCA where we can do this?

I don't know about inside the parks, but in downtown disney there's a store called Department 54 which sells Christmas villages and other collectables.

One of the things I plan to bring back with me is a christmas ornament and a department 54 village house, to start my collection =)

There is a Christmas store tucked back in New Orleans Square sort of near Blue Bayou. They also sell ornaments at World of Disney in DTD, Emporium, The China Closet(both on Main Street) and a few other places inside DL. And I am sure there are places in DCA as well. I always have to get an ornament when I go to DL/WDW!

I think to personalize them, you need to go to the one in New Orleans Square but I am not 100% sure. I know they personalized one for me a few years ago. I don't think I have ever seen anyone doing that at Emporium or China Closet.

Last year there was a Christmas store in Frontierland, next to the shooting gallery. I hope it is still there. I always buy a Christmas ornament when we go. We buy an ornament for our daughter every place we vacation. She has quite a collection of Disney ornaments now. We haven't had anything personalized at DL. We have a DW, but not at DL. Hopefully someone else can help you with that. There are other places that sell ornaments like the other poster stated. There is a crystal shop on main street that has a nice selection. There's also one on Main St. You can enter through the Photo shop. I was in the photo shop and I remember telling DH to get DS out of there before he broke something.

It is actually called Department 56.

The Christmas store in New Orleans is across from the pin trading store
They have really great decorations. I never buy one from there, but I've
always thought they were amazing !!!

There is also that Crystal shop in New Orleans square that does all the engraving. Pretty sure they have crystal ornaments in there. We got a crystal picture frame engraved, as well as wine glasses. Lots of pretty stuff in there.

That ornament store in New Orleans Square isn't open very regular hours. It seems to be hit-and-miss there. Most of those ornaments can be found at the China Closet, except the Radko's. We didn't find many ornaments at the World of Disney Store.

I am super excited about the Dept. 56 store, as I have never been to one that is SOLELY Dept 56! I collect the Xmas in the City village. Do they have any special Disney village pieces that are just sold there?
